COST’s 2022 Income Tax Conference

Pillsbury SALT partner Marc Simonetti will present during COST’s 2022 Income Tax Conference on April 27.

COST’s Income Tax Conference is a two-and-a-half-day conference taking place from April 25 – 28, 2022 at the Grand Hyatt in Denver, Colorado. The conference combines technical and policy presentations from professionals with a focus on current income and franchise tax issues.

Marc is partnering with Jessica Morgan (EY) and William Pardue (Ryan) to present on the topic, “A Deep Dive into the OECD’s Pillar One and Two Project.” The OECD’s Pillar One and Two project will transform global income taxes more than any other changes over the last 100 years. This session will take a deep dive into the details and timing of the Pillar One and Two reforms including a discussion of the potential impact of global minimum taxes, international market sourcing rules, and relaxation of PE rules. The speakers will also discuss some of the far-reaching implications of the greater focus on book income, special tax regimes for large corporations, above routine profits, and multilateral instruments.
