SALT partner Aruna Chittiappa will present at The National Multistate Tax Symposium on February 6.
Aruna will discuss “Influencing From Any Position: Poised to Lead in Multistate Tax” at this year’s tax symposium, which is sponsored by Deloitte Tax LLP and the Tax Section of the Florida Bar. This session will consider how today’s multistate tax leaders can build strong tax teams to meet the evolving demands of their businesses, and how it may no longer be enough to specialize in one area or operation of tax. Representing diverse perspectives within the multistate tax function, the panelists will address the fine lines they walk in developing people (and themselves) to deliver on the tax function’s elevated objectives and concurrently guide them with integrity to be strategic business partners that help support the organization as a whole.
