National Association of State Bar Tax Sections Annual Conference

Pillsbury SALT partner Carley Roberts will be presenting at the upcoming National Association of State Bar Tax Sections (NASBTS) Annual Conference. Capture-1

Carley will be partnering with Marilyn Wethekam (HMB Legal Counsel) to present on the topic, “Let the Countdown Begin! 2022’s Noteworthy SALT Cases.” The panelists will discuss case developments, the far-reaching implications they might have, and what to expect across the SALT landscape in the year ahead.

The primary purpose of the Association is to provide a forum for communication and education among the Tax Law Sections of State and Local Bar Associations. Each year, the Association sponsors a conference held in late fall where outstanding speakers and recognized leaders in the estate planning, federal, and state and local tax fields discuss current tax issues. This year the 43rd Annual NASBTS Conference will be held as a hybrid event on November 11-12, 2022.
